Do we drink enough water?

The answer is probably not!

We need to be consuming around eight average glasses a day to make up for the water we use and lose.

Our bodies need water to function correctly and efficiently.

The healthiest way to replenish this is by drinking water, juice or milk.

Other options would be tea and soft drinks but these can contain caffeine or sugar which is less healthy.

So go on be a fish!
